Drain, replace with fresh spring/alkaline water then blend/boil(your choice) until a CAKE BATTER like consistency.

After blending, pour into desired container allow to cool and take a minimum of 2-3 tablespoons per day.

You can then add directly to shakes, hot water, stews, soups and salads or as desired.
