SHIPPING POLICY
ALL PERISABLES WILL ONLY BE SHIPPED ON MONDAYS, TUESDAYS, and WEDNESDAYS. They will be ship directly through UPS, unless the consumer has a P.O. BOX (UPS DOES NOT SHIP TO P.O. Boxes)
Allow 10 days (1 1/2 week) for all orders to be completely processed and shipped.
To ensure integrity of all perishable products they are frozen before shipping. In addition, we strongly ADVISE that you take advantage of the ice sheets that we offer for an additional charge and can be added at checkout.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the wide range of personal "TASTE PREFERENCES" and food "LIKES/DISLIKES", unfortunately we do not offer refunds or replacements for products that are "NOT QUITE TO YOUR LIKING".
After evaluation of the initial exchange request, the product is shipped back to GBN Sea Moss in its original packaging, we will then mail out an exchange.
If you decide to order our Sea Moss in its raw form, we will not offer any refunds because, of an "OCEAN SMELL". The product is harvested from its natural source which is the ocean.
